The combination of two active ingredients (spirotetramat and buprofezin) is highly effective against scale insect and psylla. With bidirectional systemic property, it could effectively kill hidden pests, protect young leaves and provide long-term control effect. It is a suspension concentrate formulation with safety to crops, suited to apply during budding and blooming period. By adding synergist with permeability, it could permeate through mucus and wax shell so as to kill insects thoroughly. |

MODE OF ACTION |
Spirotetramat: Spirotetramat is a high-effective insecticide with bidirectional systemic property as it acts mainly by stomach poisoning, together with contact action, systemic action and vertical permeability. The product takes effect on eggs and larvae of insects by lowering the egg laying rate of adults and survival rate of larvae. Application of the product on plant surface not only effectively control leaf insects, but also provides effective protection for newly born stems, leaves and the parts which conventional insecticide could not easily reach. In addition, it play a role in the control of hidden pests and pests with shell. One more feature of the product is long-term effect as it could provide protection period lasting eight weeks. Due to its high effect and broad insecticidal spectrum, it is effective against sucking mouthparts pests, such psylla and scale insect.
Buprofezin: Buprofezin is an insect growth regulator used as insecticide. It is mainly applied in the control of pests for crops including rice, fruit tree, tea plant, vegetable, etc. It is highly effective against coleoptera, some homoptera and acarina with long-term control. |
